Will it work with my Smartwatch Band?
Our charms are designed to fit all silicone Apple Watch bands with round holes and silicone MobyFox watch bands, which can be used with every size and series of Apple Watch and many Android watches. They may also be compatible with other brands of silicone, TPU or plastic watch bands, but use your best judgment as we cannot guarantee a secure fit on third party bands.
How does it attach to my band?
Simply press the stud on the charm through a hole in your watch band until it is firmly seated into the band. Make sure the pin of the charm has completely crossed the watch band so it is 100% attached. We recommend removing your watch band from your smartwatch before inserting the charm.
How do I get access to the Watch Faces?
Your charm comes with exclusive digital content to take your fan experience to the next level. Just go to the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device, and search “MobyFox” to download our app. Then, from the app, scan the QR on the back of the warranty card to unlock your FREE Watch Faces.
What are the charms made of?
Our charms are made from a high quality metal alloy known as Zamak. Each of the designs are applied with a shiny, enamel-like finish to bring a bold pop of color to your wrist, and can be easily (and gently!) cleaned with soap and water.
